Refund policy

Please immediately inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if there is any issue to your received item. This will allow me to evaluate the issue right away and make it right. 

Wrong item or size received

If you've received the wrong item or size that isn't what you've ordered, please send me a message so we can fix this right away.

Lost, damaged or broken item

Any damage during shipment should be directed to your local USPS post office. Once it leaves my space, I don't have control over the package anymore. If the item is lost, damaged or broken please click here to file a claim with USPS. Make sure take clear visible photos of the damaged item, packing materials, inside and outside of box.

Exchanges

I only accept return for exchanges up to 7 days after delivery date. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in its original condition, once the return is accepted then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a refund will not be process.
